Steve Adams is a former corporate banker and veteran entrepreneur. His passion lies in optimizing the performance of entrepreneurs and high achievers. Steve has the expertise and extensive experience in building and scaling organizations through disciplined execution, direct-response marketing, and a culture that leads to extraordinary client experiences. Steve earned a bachelor’s in marketing (Northwood University) and MBA in Finance from Grand Valley State University.

Dr. Daniel Kessler brings over 20 years of expertise in functional and Swiss-German Bioregulatory Medicine to his role as Medical Director of Validus Health. Renowned for his ability to help individuals optimize their health, Dr. Kessler oversees all medical programs and providers at Validus, ensuring the highest standards of care and innovation.
Dr. Kessler works closely with Validus Health's VIP Tiger Clients, delivering precision-based healthcare solutions that address chronic disease prevention, advanced diagnostics, and personalized care plans. He combines cutting-edge technology with natural therapies to uncover and treat the root causes of health imbalances, helping clients restore balance and thrive.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Kessler mentors physicians, guiding them to establish thriving functional medicine practices and empowering them to deliver transformative results. His leadership at Validus Health ensures that every program aligns with a comprehensive, client-focused approach to health and wellness.
Dr. Kessler's career began with undergraduate studies at Emory University, followed by research at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on environmental toxins' impact on human health. He earned his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern University and completed his training at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He is double board-certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, holds certification through the Institute of Functional Medicine, and advanced training in Swiss Biological Medicine.
Born and raised in Germany, Dr. Kessler draws inspiration from his parents' pioneering functional medicine clinic, which served as a cornerstone of patient-centered care for over 40 years.
When not leading Validus Health, Dr. Kessler enjoys international table tennis competitions, composing piano music, and spending time with his family.Specialties:

Paul Hamilton, with over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, co-founded Premier ER and Urgent Care as his latest venture. This innovative healthcare model combines emergency room services and urgent care facilities under one roof, emphasizing efficiency and patient-centered care. In April 2023, Paul achieved a significant milestone with the successful exit and transition of Premier ER and Urgent Care to a new owner. His experience has motivated him to focus on preliminary health so people can live their lives to the fullest.
